“123 Hut by the Sea”

The chalet is on the front row with an outlook directly to the Hawn nature reserve and the sea. It has a wonderful view of Blue Anchor Bay from a side window and of Exmoor from the front. It is located towards the golf course end of the site, which makes it a quieter location (less traffic movements).

The accommodation comprises an open plan living/dining area, with one small bedroom and a separate toilet/shower room. There is a small wall-hung TV with integral radio. Heating comprises a wall hung convector heater and/or a portable (quiet) floor fan heater. There is an overhead fan heater in the toilet/shower room.

The chalet is designed to sleep four. Two adults on the large convertible sofa and two bunk beds, although only the lower bunk is suitable for an adult. The bedroom has a sliding door to save space.

Cooking, heating and the shower are powered by electricity (included in the hire).  There is a built-in refrigerator (no freezer compartment), dishwasher, induction hob and oven. Cutlery, china, mugs and glassware are provided.

What you need to bring:-

• All your bedding i.e. pillows/cases, duvets and covers, bottom sheets, mattress protectors. Note: The main bed/settee is king size and is more suited to an elasticated fitted sheet than a flat sheet, which would be difficult to tuck in. We request that mattress protectors are used.

• Towels, tea towels and dish cloths.

• Soaps, shampoos, dishwasher tablets (or wash-up liquid)

• Your food!

General:

There are separate toilet/shower blocks on the site and a laundry facility (coin operated) as required.

Check in time on the day of arrival is usually from 3pm and departures at the end of your stay by 10am. Please ensure keys are returned to the office upon departure.

We want and hope that you have a happy memorable holiday at the seaside and ask you to please respect the chalet, which is also used by the owners, and to leave it clean and tidy ready for the enjoyment of the next family. Let us know at the office of any breakages which are charged at cost or better still, replace them yourself with a similar quality item. Thank you.

If you wish to re-book the chalet for the equivalent period next year, please notify the Beach Office as soon as possible after your return home to avoid disappointment.
