This is much more than a management role. It’s a chance to lead one of Somerset’s most unique coastal communities, helping to preserve everything that makes Dunster Beach such a special place for shareholders, residents, guests and visitors.
As Site Director, you’ll oversee the day-to-day running of our 250-acre estate, including the private beach, lakes, grounds and facilities. You’ll lead a committed team, manage business operations and budgets, and play a key role in shaping the future of Dunster Beach.
We’re looking for someone who is passionate about people, enjoys a varied challenge, and takes pride in maintaining exceptional standards while embracing the strong community spirit that defines Dunster Beach.
