If you are interested in receiving details of any Chalets for sale, as they happen, please do get in touch with the office and ask to be added to the mailing list – and of course you can keep checking back here too.
When you purchase a Chalet, whether you use it solely for yourself or intend to rent it, you, as an owner, become a shareholder of Dunster Beach Holidays Limited. The Company is owner of the land from the entrance gate right down to the golf course at the northern end of the Chalets. The beach is also owned by the Company – right down to the ‘mean low-water’ mark.
